The Scimitar MkII Hover Combat Vehicle is an upgraded version of the venerable Scimitar Medium Hover Tank, which has been in the armies of the various House Lords for well over a hundred years. The MKII not only increased the vehicle's top speed, but by trading out the heavier autocannon of the original design, it was able to increase the number of weapons on the craft, as by the inclusion of five energy weapons - unusual on any vehicle.
